The challenge
Engineering teams often lose hours every sprint toggling between separate project boards, Slack channels, IDE windows, and browser-based AI chat tools. This fragmented workflow creates context-switching fatigue, leaks proprietary code snippets into disjointed consumer AI chats, and causes knowledge silos across team repositories. The goal was to build a clean, unified workspace where developers can manage projects, invite collaborators, communicate via low-latency chat, and query an embedded AI coding assistant directly within their shared project scope.

Glovax Technologies engineered a unified, high-concurrency developer platform structured around real-time synchronization and contextual LLM prompting: Granular Project & Team Management: Built a multi-tenant project directory supporting instant collaborator invites via email, role permissions, project lifecycle updates, and secure soft/hard deletion flows. Real-Time Bi-Directional Team Chat: Implemented a persistent WebSocket-based messaging engine with delivery state indicators (e.g., real-time sending/sent flags, timestamps), allowing developers to coordinate sprints in real time without leaving the interface. Embedded Context-Aware AI Copilot: Integrated OpenAI models with specialized code prompting pipelines. Built one-click prompt presets directly into the interface: Component Architecture & Code Explanation: Breaks down logic and flags edge-case vulnerabilities. Automated Unit Test Suite Generation: Generates production-ready test suites (Jest, PyTest, Mocha). Production Code Optimization: Refactors functions for performance, memory footprint, and cleaner syntax.
